These Terms of Service govern your use of the Tauromia Apartments website and the booking of accommodation and additional services (including Room Service) offered by TA.RIS. S.R.L. By making a booking or purchase through our website, you agree to these terms.
Bookings and Payment
Payments can be made by credit/debit card or bank transfer. Full payment is required in advance to confirm your reservation, unless otherwise agreed with our team.
Cancellation Policy
- More than 30 days before check-in: Free cancellation — 100% refund.
- Between 15 and 29 days before check-in: 70% of the total amount will be charged (non-refundable); 30% will be refunded.
- Less than 15 days before check-in: 100% of the total amount will be charged — no refund.
We recommend reviewing your travel plans carefully before booking, as these terms apply regardless of the reason for cancellation.
Room Service Orders
Room Service products are ordered and paid for through our online store and delivered to your apartment. If your order is cancelled before delivery, or if it is delivered incorrectly, you will receive a full refund.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. The most current version will always be available on this website.
