Accommodation Bookings

• More than 7 days before check-in: full refund.
• Between 3 and 7 days before check-in: 70% charged (non-refundable), 30% refunded.
• Less than 3 days before check-in: no refund.

Room Service
If your order is cancelled before delivery, or delivered incorrectly, you will receive a full refund.
