Check-in & Check out

Check-in is from 3:00 PM, check-out is between 10:00 and 11:00 AM.

You'll be greeted by a member of our team on arrival. If our team is unavailable at the agreed time, keys will be left in a lockbox, with the code provided to you before you arrive.

Late check-out is available upon request, subject to availability. An additional fee applies, to be agreed with our team along with your departure time. We recommend reaching out in advance to check availability.

Both apartments offer fast, complimentary WiFi.

Apartment

The safe is located inside the wardrobe. The default code is 0000 — we recommend changing it on arrival if you plan to use it.

How to change the code:

Open the safe's cover
Open the battery compartment inside
Press the red button and wait for the beep
Enter your new 4-digit code
Press the gear-icon button to save it

Upon departure, please leave the safe open.

To ensure a pleasant stay for all our guests, we kindly ask you to follow a few simple rules:

No smoking inside the apartment — smoking is only allowed in outdoor areas (balcony or terrace), equipped with ashtrays
No parties or events
No unregistered guests — if you'd like to have visitors, please let us know in advance

Thank you for your cooperation and for respecting the space and our neighbors.

Washing machine — In the wardrobe you'll find a drying rack, clothespins, and a basin; laundry detergent is in the kitchen.

Dishwasher — Dishwasher capsules are in the kitchen, under the sink.

Coffee machine — Pods are stored in the upper cabinets. If they run out, just let us know and we'll bring you more.

At Tauromia, waste collection follows the municipal schedule. If you'd like, you're welcome to handle it yourself following the schedule below — or simply leave it to us: just place the bags in the apartment's designated collection spot and we'll take care of disposal.

Bags should be placed outside between 11:00 PM and 4:00 AM.
